Welcome back!!
After all of the meetings, preparations, hours in your classroom, we are ready to welcome our scholars to the building. The first day of school has always been a special day. A day filled with unlimited potential. The beginning of a journey for all of our scholars. A day filled with so many "feels"; excitement, wonder, joy, anticipation and possibly some who are anxious and unsure. You, as teachers, create a warm, inviting atmosphere so that our scholars will be comfortable and secure in the fact that they have people who care for them in their corner. That is a role to cherish and to celebrate. Thank you for all that you do and I want to wish you all a great start to a new year.
This is also a beginning of a new journey for Catalyst Schools, one that includes a full implementation of Illuminate. This, too, can cause some anxiety and nervousness as it is a change to the way we have done things in the past. I want to assure you that we are ready for this challenge and I know that we have plenty of supports in place to make this shift as comfortable and seamless as possible.

Seek out a System Administrator (Erika Whitehead, Carol Maldonado, Roxanne Ramirez and LeAnne Wagner) or simply put a ticket in and let us know what you need.
It is important to understand that you are not on your own--we are here to support and educate and we look forward to helping you impact your scholars by getting the "whole picture" through Illuminate.
