Catalyst Schools are ready for hybrid learning and we are excited to introduce your classroom and how to set up your computer to our new docking station with 2 extra displays. Please checkout this video and go through other steps. Make sure to read other important stuff below as well.

NO ONE SHOULD WALK TO IT OFFICE

Smartboard Internet Issues:

Teachers should put in a ticket using their phones or call text Imran.

Chromebook Physical Issues:

If a scholar device is broken, teacher should enter a ticket, keep the device in their room or give the broken device to the main office. The new device will be ready in the main office by EOD or brought to the scholar.

Chromebook Chargers:

Students are responsible for bringing their chargers to and from school.

Google Account issues:

Submit ticket to IT.

Teacher relays information to scholar.

Internet/Network Issues: ​

Teachers should put in a ticket using their phones or call text Imran.

The ROCKITS then checks correlating network equipment that is down or up.

If complete network is down – we'll deploy subsequent network procedures to get it back up.

RESTART YOUR DEVICE!
For all minor problems it is always a best idea to give a good'ole reboot!

SUBMIT A TICKET
Submitting a ticket for any problems you can't resolve helps to get your issues resolves faster!

GIVE US THE DEETS!
The more you can tell us the faster we can help you! Room number? Time to meet? etc.,.

NO WALK-UPS
Please make sure to always send messages through ticketing system and avoid coming up tech rooms!

NO PERSONAL DEVICES
Make sure not to bring your google assistant or a home computer on our network
6.
HOTSPOTS
No for real! If you bring your hotspot and use it there are more changes of interference which can lead to no internet connectivity

USE JUDGEMENT
If you see any foul play by Scholars and Staff alike - Please let us know!
